First sign-in

After the installation open the server address in a browser. On the first run register an administrator — they get full access.

Click “Register” on the sign-in page.

Fill in name, e-mail and password.

Give the user the administrator role.

Go to Items → Add item. The description helps recognise a position during handover; the category and store room help find it in filters.

Name and description.

Starting quantity and unit — after that the system tracks the balance itself.

Category and the store room it belongs to.

The main operation: it records who took what and when.

Pick the employee receiving the equipment.

Pick the item and enter the quantity.

Add a return date and a comment if needed.

Confirm — the balance drops automatically.

A Telegram alert is sent after the handover, if it is configured.

Both full and partial returns are supported — when an employee brings back only part of what they took.

Find the handover in the log.

Click “Return” next to it.

Enter the quantity being returned.

The balance goes up automatically.

The people receiving equipment do not need accounts: a name, a department and contacts are enough. Larger companies can import from Active Directory.
