No. The licence covers the system, not the people: add as many employees as you need.
On your server. If you do not have one, we will advise what to get or host the system for you.
The cost depends on the set of modules, the amount of data to migrate and the adaptations you need. We calculate it for your configuration and send it in reply to your request.
The system keeps running with the data you already have. To go on receiving updates and support, the licence needs to be renewed.
We will look at what can be automated and propose a configuration. Nothing to pay at this step.
